Fabrics

We offer over 12 different fabric choices split into three sub categories: Grade A, Grade B & Grade C with four fabrics in each grade band. All our fabrics are designed to the highest specification for each category with Grade A being our premium fabric line.

Each category houses four different fabrics, allowing us to offer you the right fabric for your requirements. All the fabrics are ranked for: Stretch, Moisture Control, GSM & Feel ensuring we get the right fabric for you.

Printing Process

We offer two options for printing and both are included in the pricing quote.  The two processes are ‘Full Sublimation Printing’ and ‘Heat Press Printing’.

Full Sublimation Printing 

Sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric together as one. 

First, a design is printed onto a special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when heat is applied. This then combines with the fabric and permanently prints onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading as the ink is embedded in the fabric. 

Heat Press Printing

Heat press printing uses a method of applying heat to a graphic, transferring it onto a fabric/substrate. As opposed to Full sublimation printing this process is not permanent and the graphics are subject to wear and tear over time.  

This process is commonly used for sports kit numbering as it can be applied once the kit has been produced to allow each player to have a custom number.

Minimum Order Quantity & Delivery

Our Minimum order quantity is 20 complete full kit sets. We aim to deliver within 6 weeks of receipt of payment for orders up to 250 units. For orders of over 250 units delivery is aimed to be within 8 weeks.
